What information we collect from you, and why.
1. What we collect
When you create an account, place an order, or contact support, we collect details such as your name, email, phone number (optional), and shipping address. Order details (items, amount, payment method, and transaction hash) are also recorded to process your order.
2. Why we keep it
We use this information only to: complete and ship your order, review and confirm payment, respond to support requests, and notify you about your order status.
3. Sharing
Your information is never sold. Your shipping address is shared only with the postal/courier service to arrange delivery. Note that cryptocurrency transactions are inherently recorded on public, viewable blockchains; that is the nature of crypto itself, not something we share.
4. Retention
Account and order information is kept for as long as you need your account or order follow-up requires. To request deletion, contact us at the email below.
5. Security
Your account password is stored hashed (never in plain text). Note that automatic recovery of forgotten passwords is currently not available, so keep yours somewhere safe.
